ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA EXPRESS POSTAGE *1-3 Business Days From Dispatch
- Australian express postage and handling charges are a flat rate of AU$10.00 for all orders.
- Express delivery is available for Australian delivered orders within a certain network location. Please click here to view the post codes that qualify for Express Post-delivery. If you live outside of the qualifying postcodes, selecting Express Post will result in the next fastest possible transport link.
- For Express Post delivery (Monday- Friday) orders must be placed by 8.30am (AEST) on any business day (Monday- Friday) and meet the Express Post service conditions. Goods may not be delivered the next day due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, strikes etc. For further information regarding the Australia Post terms and conditions surrounding their Express Post service, please refer to the Australian Post website www.auspost.com.au
- Delivery may be delayed during sale or promotional periods.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order HERE and see exactly where it is and how long it’ll take to reach you! Please note: Express shipping could take 2-7 business days for WA and rural areas. We always aim to pack your order super quickly, however Australia Post can occasionally experience delays shipping to these locations and unfortunately we’re unable to speed up the process.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 day, however during sale periods this may take up to 2 days. Please use our estimated delivery times as a guide only, as possible delays due to payment authorisation or other issues that may arise.
